Meatless Monday #16: Artichoke & Roasted Pepper Wraps

Back to the 10 minute or less meals…

Ingredients
Tortillas
Vegan cream cheese (like Tofutti)
Roasted red peppers (from a jar)
Artichoke hearts
Green onion
Chives (optional)

Directions
1. Spread cream cheese over a flour tortilla.  I mixed some chopped up chives into the cream cheese before spreading it.

2. Add roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and green onion.

3. Roll & eat.
