On day 10, I traveled back home.
Breakfast: A smoothie drink and fruit at the airport before I got on my flight.
Lunch: Tofu and eggplant stir fry with mixed veggies, rice, and a veggie spring roll, from Panda Express at the airport.
Dinner: I was back home by dinner and Ed took me out for my birthday to a new Thai restaurant in Austin, Sway. As part of my birthday present, Ed ate vegan with me :)

Tofu and veggie green curry with coconut cream
Brunch: An Amy’s frozen burrito and spinach salad with olives and vinegar and oil.
Dinner: We did my birthday party at the bowling alley (I love bowling!) so we ate dinner there, which normally would sound like a horrendous idea, but this particular bowling alley is consistently voted the “best enchiladas in Austin.” I, of course, did not get the enchiladas because they are the opposite of vegan, but I got the chalupas without cheese.
